Ruth Johnson was born on February 20, 1941 to Noble E. Hays and Ruth E. Hays.

Ruth is preceded in death by William F. Johnson - husband, Noble E. Hays - father, Ruth E. Hays - mother, Nancy L. Salyer - daughter, Robert E. Blevins - son, Nancy Frank - sister.

Ruth is survived by Libby (Jerome) Welling - daughter, Randall H. (Mary Lynne) Blevins - son, Justin (Samantha), Ian (Amanda), Ivy, Randall, Ben, Bobby, DeeDee, Joseph - grandchildren, many great grandchildren, beloved cat Mo, as well as a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 from11:00 AM til Services at Noon at the Woodside Chapel, 1401 Woodside Blvd., Middletown, Ohio 45044.

Memorial donations can be made in Ruth's name to Dayton Shriners Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Plaza 2 West, Dayton, OH 45404
