Michael Gene Townsend

Townsend, Michael G. Age 68, passed away on August 22, 2026, in Middletown Ohio with his Family beside him.

Michael is preceded in death by Harold Townsend - father, Judith Heffner - mother, Bev Townsend - step mother, Michael A. Townsend - son, Tim Townsend - brother, Hadley Butler - granddaughter.

Michael is survived by Elizabeth Townsend - spouse, of forty years, five children, twenty nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one sister. He will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends. Michael served in the U.S. Army.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 12:30 pm until Services at 1:30 pm at the Woodside Cemetery Chapel, 1401 Woodside Blvd., Middletown, Ohio 45044.
